Rituals

In October 2020 I graduated at the University of Humanistics in Utrecht (the Netherlands) from the Celebrant Training, as a contemporary ritual designer, in order to make secular, bespoke and personalized meaningful rituals for individuals, communities and organizations.

Anything ritual has always been a passion of mine. I feel even more ready to put that practice into the world since expanding my tools through this beautiful training. So, I can’t wait to start creating rituals especially for you!

The last 3 years I have been making rituals for individuals, groups and organizations. Currently I’m developping my ritual practice more.

Soon you will find more info both here on my website as on my social media accounts.

In the meantime, if you have a specific question or request, you know where to find me, I’d be more than happy to hear from you.

Love,

Iris

PAST RITUALS

Zeg ja! - Say yes!

29th of August 2021

I was proud to be one of the four masters of ceremony to facilitate a love ritual Zeg ja! at the Red Star Line Museum in Antwerp in the summer of 2021.

We welcomed couples to express their love to their partner. Some even renewed their vows.
The day was filled with unforgettable moments for them and myself as I guided them through a tailored ritual.

Womens Wildernis Retreat

29 april tot 1 mei 2022

To come home to yourself within the wildernis.
To reconnect with your own inner nature.
Cyclical living together on nature’s rhythm.
I created a ritual for women on what was a beautiful 3 day retreat with 13 beautiful souls, in a wild spot in the Ardennes in the South part of Belgium.
It was so nourishing to sit around the fire together and tell stories, to talk about our moon cycle, how we as women are a living ritual that repeats itself every single month, to share our struggles, to listen to our own bodies and to the stories of others, to hold space, to pick plants and turn them into tasteful food, to make a fire to cook and to sit around and hold ceremony, to listen to the beat of the drum which is the rhythm of our own hearts.
Definitely planning more of this magic. Which doesn’t only warm my heart and expands my soul but also feels very necessary in these times.
